Men's Initiative for Jane Doe Inc.

The Campaign Town Auxiliary Support Project is encouraging volunteer action teams in towns throughout the area to develop local activities to bring men out on the issue. Fundraising will be to support local victim services, offender services and public education.

Towns in which activity has begun:

Salem and surounding areas:
Men for HAWC is facilitating activity in the following communities:

• Salem
• Lynn
• Gloucester
• Newburyport
• Other: Concord/Carlyle, Lowell
   

Plymouth County:
Southshore Women's Center in conjunction with several other agencies has mounted a White Ribbon Campaign

Chelsea:
HarborCOV in cooperation with the Chelsea Commission on Hispanic Affairs have started a project among latino outreach workers.

Jamaica Plain:
Peace at Home has a youth team affiliated with City Year which focuses on domestic violence education.  In addition, a Men for Peace at Home committee has begun meetings.
