Summary
This project is facilitated by the working group on men's engagement of the Boston Area Campus Sexual Assault Coalition. Started in April of 2005, this project is intended to be a networking organization to support campus based initiatives with a male focus on sexual assault prevention efforts. We define men's engagement broadly as being about supporting leaders, engaging bystanders, challenging offenders and listening to victims. Several campuses, for example, are raising the voice of male allies, through a pledge campaign. Another is influencing the campus culture through the development of posters and some poster images include men.
